LEDA was founded by veteran law enforcement professionals. Our instructors bring frontline experience to every course, ensuring training is grounded in the realities of policing.

We know firsthand how communication and decision making can change outcomes. That experience drives our mission to provide officers with practical tools they can apply immediately in the field.
